No pig party

China is banning ads depicting pigs so as not to offend the Muslim population. You know it's a crazy time when China chooses "political correctness"over economic gains.

Something to ponder

When I saw P.J. O'Rourke speak at Barnes & Nobles a couple of weeks ago, he was asked some question about blogs and how efficient they are, since there are a lot of crap blogs out there, mostly because it's free and there is widespread demand to write/read blogs. So, how efficient is it to weed out the good blogs? His answer was that over time, people will realize how much time is wasted both reading and writing blogs and this will result in less blogs with more quality content.

That's all. Just something to ponder.
